We have our own facilities to make quality tablet tools. We have especially designed heat treatment plant for making tools according to the needs of the customer. The Tablet punches and dies made by us are of various types(including all shapes and in all standards like D ,B, DB,BB etc). our products have been highly demanded worldwide. With in–house facilities, we are able to make durable and quality machines. We have our own specially designed heat treatment plant. With the help of it we are able to make tablet dies and punches as per the requirement of our customer. We use profile grinding machines which gives better finishing to the tablets. For the monograms as well as letters on the tablets we use CNC pantograph machines. We have very good reputation in all terms, ranging from accuracy to the high standard and durability of our product. The tablet punches and dies meets all the standards of safety and quality.

From the last 15 years we have been maintaining a good standard in making tablet dies. Our dies are shapes using most accurate CNC wirecut machines available in the industry. We use materials like HCHC for dies which makes it a quality product. It is ensured by us that the machines which we make do not have any flaw and for that our products are checked with suitable equipments. With all types of the latest facilities we are able to produce goods at a faster rate. We offer goods at reasonable prices. 	Tablet Dies Tablet Punches

We have all in house facilities for making quality tablet tools. So that we can control the quality level at the various stages of the process.

We have our own specially designed heat treatment plant for tablet tools.

For the special shaped dies we use CNC wirecut machine of high accuracy to meet the close tolerance for the toolings.

For the special shaped punches we use profile grinding machines specially designed for the tablet tools to give better finishing and good dimensional accuracy, this also gives higher rate of production to meet the increasing orders and helps us to timely delivery to the customer.

For monogram, logos, letters, breaklines, we used sophisticated pantograph machine of higher accuracy which will be reflected after wards in the toolings to give better finishing and consistencies of the letters.

Raw material is checked at different stages of process such as, at the time of receiving of material, after heat treatment, after final tempering.

The chemical as well as the physical test of material is carried out for each new lot of material.

For final inspection of dies and punches we have specially designed fixtures and measuring instrument to check the critical parameters such as concentricity and dimensional accuracy.

Hardness of each set of die and punch is checked on the hardness testing machine and the machine is calibrated time to time.
